1. Use of the service

cmdtwin provides AI-assisted marketing automation tools to organisations and their authorised members. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to respect the intellectual property of brands you do not own.

2. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by your organisation administrator. You remain responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account.

3. Content & ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By generating content through cmdtwin, you grant cmdtwin a limited licence to process that content on your behalf for the purpose of delivering the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use cmdtwin to send unsolicited messages, harass any person, infringe copyright, or generate content that violates applicable laws or platform-specific terms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.).

5. Termination

You may stop using cmdtwin at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
