What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service: account details (name, email, role), brand profile data you upload, content you generate, and basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage, errors).

How we use it

To deliver the product (generate content, schedule campaigns, run agents), to send transactional notifications, to improve the service through aggregated analytics, and to support you when you contact us.

Sharing

We share data with the AI providers we route generation through (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), our infrastructure providers (AWS, Stripe for billing), and integration partners you connect (Meta Graph API, Twilio, Resend) — and only the data needed to fulfil the requested operation.

Data residency

Your tenant data is stored in regional data centres aligned with your organisation's location. EU customer data stays in EU regions.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@cmdtwin.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
